Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with the President of the company, playing a crucial part in lead management and client relations. The ideal candidate will be adept at nurturing leads by managing communications and next steps, and maintaining strong client relationships.

We are a leading IT managed services provider dedicated to offering comprehensive IT solutions and cybersecurity services to small and medium-sized businesses. We’ve been providing Managed IT Services for over 12 years. We’re a small team based in Sharon, MA.
We work with businesses anywhere from 20 to hundreds of employees, particularly those without an IT staff or IT leadership. We provide them with fully Managed IT Services and manage their day-to-day IT operations as well as advise them on IT decisions, including those relating to cybersecurity, automation, and efficiency – all designed to improve our client’s businesses.
We help our customers align with cybersecurity best practices and of course manage the daily IT responsibilities. Through automation and consistent processes, we are able to provide our clients with best-in-class support.
Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with existing leads, and generate new leads based on criteria for ideal clients.
- Communicate with prospects who have shown interest to book appointments with the company’s President.
- Regularly update and maintain the HubSpot CRM database, adding new leads, and removing outdated ones.
- Manage the President’s calendar to optimize client meetings and maximize productivity.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with long-term clients and prospective leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B sales and/or customer service.
- Active on LinkedIn and experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience.
- High level of motivation with a strong interest in professional growth and learning.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment and collaborate with a dynamic team.
