Please login to https://synivate.deskdirector.com/ to access your tickets and create new tickets.
Employee Changes
You can find new user account requests and account termination requests in the ticket portal under 'User Accounts'.
Step 1 - Login with your e-mail address and choose either login with Microsoft or Sign In using EMail Token.
Step 2 - Click on Create a New Ticket.
Step 3 - Choose 'User Accounts' and then select the option you wish to submit.
