| IT Technician Remote (1 Hour Minimum) |
$205/hr | Remote support for troubleshooting, system configuration, user assistance, and other technical issues. |
| IT Remediation of Client-Initiated Configuration | $205/hr | Time spent resolving issues caused by changes made by the client outside of Synivate's recommended configurations or standards. |
| IT Cybersecurity Remediation | $305/hr | Remediation related to active security threats, system compromises, incident response, or other critical cybersecurity work. |
| Technology Management Consulting | $305/hr | Strategic consulting focused on compliance initiatives (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, cybersecurity frameworks), IT governance, and regulatory alignment. This does not include scheduled business technology review (BTAM) meetings, which are included in most agreements. |
