To change the settings, start by going to the Office Web Application (OWA) and connect to your username account. Select "open another mailbox" and find the meeting room resource that you want to use. Go to the "settings" section and click on "calendar" to find the "resource scheduling" option in the menu. The areas that need to be configured include "scheduling options" and "scheduling permissions" for conference room reservations. Make sure to save all changes before exiting the OWA.
