Typically, first response is within a half-hour of submitting your request, oftentimes within 10-15 minutes.
What if I have remote employees or a remote team?
We can maintain laptop inventory in our facility to make this process as simple as possible.
Can you help onboard new hires?
Of Course! We will create a process document specifically for your organization to help with the onboarding process. And if you are purchasing the laptop from us we will take care of the setup.
